GUARD Archaeology Osteoarchaeologists Iraia Arabaolaza and Maureen Kilpatrick will be presenting the results of their recent excavation and analysis of two Bronze Age Cists at this year's Highland Archaeology Festival's Recent Archaeological Discoveries and Research Conference at the Eden Court Theatre in Inverness on the 13th October 2012.
The cists, which were found at Dornoch and West Torbreck and excavated under Historic Scotland's Human Remains Call-Off Contract, have proved particularly interesting and added new insights to the corpus of Bronze Age burial practices already gathered within the region.
